Karaka Bays

For this architectural new build and renovation, the primary challenge was accessing the extremely difficult site. Perched on a hill with only pedestrian access, even the digger had to be craned in. The existing house was entirely gutted and transformed into an open-plan living area that was connected to a new build via a glass link-way. The home features high-end details, such as stunning macrocarpa linings, requiring our meticulous artisanship and an unwavering eye for detail.
